Please head into Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Storage > Clear cache. If the issue still persists after this, follow those steps again and tap on 'Clear data' then restart your phone.

Mobile Apps & ServicesI know this is old but I wanted to help if someone else searching finds this. I used my chrome browser to login in to my samsung account. I disabled 2 point verification for this device. Then cleared data for app. Restarted my phone. Then went to login to app and it worked fine. The Samsung browser has to have protocol issues. Good job Samsung.

Mobile Apps & ServicesI just tried to disable 2-point verification from my S23 Ultra and it they told me that it is no longer allowed to be disabled. would not let me disable it Kept turning it back on every time I did
