I'm a bit frustrated this morning as I tried to set up an interval run on Samsung Health. Something simple like;
5 Min warmup
30 sec sprint
1 min slow run
x 11
5 Min cool down.
Appears to be no way to create custom training plans like this in Samsung Health. Ok fine, I'll use Runkeeper and let it sync over. Nope, completely missed that the third party support was dropped.
I have years of run logs backed up in Samsung Health. I really don't want to switch to another platform but I feel like Samsung Health has got some quite large drawbacks here.
Has anyone found a decent workaround for managing interval sessions like this?
