Samsung Gallery App Restrictions

Guys, what on earth is this all about? First time I've ever tried a full edit for a video within the gallery app and I get this. I just can't understand why you'd possibly impose that restriction? What does that do, aside from inconvenience someone who's halfway through editing? Please remove this restriction. It makes no sense?

You can edit a video as many times as you want, but the limit in one edit is what you wrote. The same goes for pictures, you can add a maximum of 10 stickers in one edit

But why? Why add any restrictions at all? I mean, even if it was ten for a video it would be better - but four is ridiculous. I don't understand what purpose it serves.

There's a limit on what you can do and what not like with sketch to image you can draw certain images to generate it or you can't draw landscapes, it will get better in future updates, as limit is 4 for 1 take but up to 10 like @Sonora mentioned for multiple edits on same video. You can always use different app like premier rush, LumaFusion, cap cut, inshot, to name few.

I get I can create my project in a third party app, but I'm afraid I can't get on board with the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra - the current "flagship" phone in the range - being able to add no more than 4 stickers or text boxes on a video.

Surely you don't all think that's cool?

Yes, unfortunately, there are limitations. You always can send a feedback to developers under support section.

It's not cool for you,  but it's cool for your battery. Samsung certainly doesn't want its Ultras to start exploding if someone edits a 10GB video and tries to add text like in the movie😉😋

But..... you can do exactly that in Filmora Go or Capcut... so what difference does it make?

I guess Filmora does it on the server, while Samsung editor does it on the phone and drains the battery
