Samsung Galaxy A40 keeps showing message: "Samsung account keeps stopping"

Every time I try to use my phone I see a message: Samsung account keeps stopping". the rest of the screen goes dark and I am unable to use it.

Try clearing cache in your Samsung account.

If clearing cache doesn't work then try a soft/hard reset and if that doesnrt work then it may be better to phone the company you got it from (or go to the place you got it from, depending on COVID restrictions where you are) and ask them to send you a new device. Hope this helps 😊

Same issue with my Galaxy A70, certainly the message file system limit is appearing and then the samsung account app keeps crashing. The device care app does not find any issue and have already setup my phone twice without success. Is anybody from Samsung in the position to give a hand?
