Samsung data file missing

when I was trying to move file to the android data file it didn't work and the Samsung file app refused to move it, so I checked the data file and all the data for the app I used have gone missing, I tried to restart my phone but that didn't work, plz help

Samsung S20 Fe 5g no I'm not using the beta

Same thing reported in other threads. My S10 has the same issue. Clearing cache partition and enabling hidden files doesn't fix it.
