Hi, I've got a Samsung A14 4G that is only a couple of weeks old and I'm very happy with it. It very occasionly sticks on what I've discovered is called boot loop. I know how to unstick it by holding down the volume and on/off buttons on the side, so it's not really a problem and as I said it only happens occasionly, but I'm wondering why it happens. Can anyone advise?
