Did you purchase your device unlocked and direct from Samsung?

If no then not eligible.

We are also very close to stable release so:
1. Samsung may have stopped new registrations (theory)
2. Might as well wait for stable release

Finally, Android 14 isn't much different to 13 to be honest. Not worth losing sleep over lol

the only real difference android 14 had to devices, was pixel devices.
