S22 Ultra (Suspected Update Bug) Phone notification spam and flicker of location services.

Yesterday my Phone was fine i woke up this morning and anytime i used an app that used location services it started spamming a notification sound and everytime it did so, top right cornor of my screen displayed the location marker and flickered it and played a notification sound and wont stop. I suspect its related to location based services.

Things i have done:

Restarted my phone uninstalled suspected apps and deleted cache data.

Went into recovery mode and cleared partioned cache, disabled location, removed permissions regarding location services.

IT STILL PERSISTS even when i open my actual phone and unlock the phone screen. Help samsung.

It was found that it was a mix of Snapchat using location services and an ID/chip card in the phone case. So, if you have a phone wallet, take the cards out and see if that works. Also turning off NFC solves the issue.
