S20 ultra over heating

I've been doing video calls on whats app. And me phone over heats to the point I can't touch my phone. Now my battery life is shocking. Any tips guys and girls

This is common in the Exynos version of the S20. The snapdragon version as far as i know doesn't have this issue.
