Hi All,
Hope someone can help. I have recently purchased a non-Samsung smartphone (Honor7X) The S.Health app works with it just fine, counts the steps perfectly, but for some reason after launching the app it will close after about 24 hours (or sometime maybe a bit less?). I want the app to be running permanently on my phone. There is no rhyme or reason why it does it, it seems random! If I launch the app again it will stay on my notifications even if I close them all, the S. health app notification will remain there, but after a day or less it will close, why??.
How can I stop my phone doing this? I have given the app as much permissions as it asks for, I have given it permission to run in the background, but is there something I can do to keep it running permanently on my phone, without me having to restart the app everyday?
Many thanks to anyone that can solve this, I can find any solution on the internet!
