I am a Samsung Galaxy M31 (4G) user, and over the past few months I have noticed several issues that have significantly affected the overall performance and user experience of my device. I would like to share my feedback and sincerely request your team to review these concerns.
🔋 Battery Drain
The battery backup has reduced significantly. Even with light usage, the battery drains much faster than before, and standby battery life has also become noticeably weaker.
📱 App Lag & Performance Issues
Many applications lag, freeze, or occasionally crash during normal use. The overall system feels slower, and One UI is no longer as smooth and responsive as it once was.
📞 Call & Network Issues
I have been experiencing occasional call drops, unstable network reception and slower mobile data performance compared to other devices using the same SIM card under similar conditions.
🌡️ Heating & Software Stability
The device heats up even during basic activities such as browsing, calling, or using everyday applications. There are also several software bugs that impact the overall user experience.
I sincerely request Samsung to consider releasing an optimized software update for the Galaxy M31 (4G) that includes:
Performance optimizations
Bug fixes and improved system stability
The latest available security patch
Battery, thermal, and network improvements
One UI refinements, where technically feasible
Additionally, if technically and commercially possible, I kindly request Samsung to consider extending support by exploring a One UI version based on Android 14 for the Galaxy M31 (4G). I understand this may be beyond the original software support policy, but many long-time Galaxy users would greatly appreciate any effort to extend the life of this device.
Samsung has built a strong reputation for reliability, innovation, and long-term customer support. I hope the Galaxy M31 (4G) community is not overlooked, and that existing users can receive further software optimizations—or, if feasible, an extended software experience.
