Hello, I am so upset with Samsung. I am waiting for my £150 cashback as part of the promotion for the ZFlip6. I should have received my payment by the 14th September as it was approved
I have just spent an hour on the phone to the promotions team who say they can't tell me when I'll receive my cashback. I honestly would not have bought the phone if I'd know Samsung would delay like this. Surely this is illegal when they are advertising the promotion as part of the purchase. I'll go to the ASA but has anybody any suggestions about what further I can do please? £150 may not seem a lot of money but I budgeted for this when buying the phone. Many thanks for your help.
