Problem answering calls when buttons appear at bottom of screen

Problems answering incoming calls on my 3 month old A14 mobile when respond buttons appear at bottom of screen. Answer button does not work

@PeterBas  The default method for answering calls is to swipe up towards centre of screen unless the incoming call appears as a pop up. In that case  can tap on answer button to accept the call.

However if you have issues  can change this via phone settings.   Go to Answering and Ending calls, if you wish can toggle on Press Volume to Answer Calls and toggle on Press Side key to end calls.
