Prevent card pop-up when touching in using my phone

Any way to prevent my card showing when you use Samsung pay transport card. 

I hate when I am playing a game or doing something and this annoying pop-up takes over the whole screen telling me I touched in or out of the London underground. 

I am not dumb I obviously touched it and the door opened why on earth do I need my phone to also tell me this?

Also this is abusing Android permission I stated in the app permission to not allow the app to appear on top of others. 

Do you know where or to report this abuse to?

Hilarious thing is, I switched on this new focus mode and no more annoying card pop-ups and can still touch in and out of the tube station. Hope Samsung don't fix this as it is amazing. I created a custom focus mode just for it.
