Perf Z wouldn't show on top

I accidentally disabled the Perf Z app a while ago (the one that shows live stats when gaming) and I am unable to make it reapper, even though I allowed all permission the app need

You can re-enable it by going to settings>apps. Tap the sort icon. Tap disabled. Tap OK. Tap the app from list. Tap Enable.

I tried to enable it and uninstall and install it but it is not working
