Outlook & Samsung email deletions

Hi

I am using email on my phone app, as well as on outlook.

The problem is that when I delete the email on the email, it does not delete from outlook when I download it.

I want a set up when I delete on the mobile phone app. Then they should not download on the outlook.

Please can you advise.

Your email needs to be setup as IMAP protocol to do this. Then when you move emails or delete emails when you sync any device (pc, tablet, phone) should reflect this.
Assuming you are syncing the folders the emails are in.
