I updated my Galaxy A14, and it has caused intermittent problems with the touch screen not working. As a pensioner with a seriously ill husband, I need instant access to my phone, and this is no longer the case since this upgrade. I'm furious , & can find no way to complain to Samsung. I cannot afford a new phone. I upgraded in good faith & Samsung software has made my phone virtually useless for emergency use.
