Old apps

I have transferred from one phone to another and some of the apps don't exist now but there on the new phone just as grey app icons and won't remove how do I remove them

They are usually grey when it's still installing them after the transfer process. How long have they been like this? Are you on a good WiFi connection etc also

Yes Chris-f is correct. When they are grey they are in process of installing. When installed they will go to colour and you can delete.

If the icon is still grey after an hour just reinstall via play store and it will correct its self
