Which phone are you using? And the network that you are not able to connect to is wifi/mobile/ both?

It can happen that the Wifi is available only in certain areas of the hotel, like at the reception or rooms or other common areas.
Have tried searching for wifi near the reception?

You can try 4 more options -
1. Ask at the reception if there is a special way to connect
2. If there is a QR code displayed, you can scan it to connect
3. Enter the network details manually to see if it connects. You might have to adjust the security (switch to less secure options if WPA does not work)
4. As a last resort, Reset network connections. You will have to pair your home/office networks again and also the Bluetooth connections.
