Need need help with sim card,it says sim1 home, but can my bf have sim2 and therfore have accessccess to my cell

Please Help so have situation and im confused. My x bf has my old cell phone but i have a cell and all of a sudden i see it says sim1 locked? CAN HE HAVE my SIM2?to obviously being up to no good  

APPRECIATE SO MUCH, Im really frustrated because, he is always hiding hia cell or walking outdoors with it up to his ear.. thanks guys!

SIM 1 locked means the SIM card is locked. Usually by entering the wrong code to unlock it. The answer to your other question is no he can't have access to your phone by SIM 2. The SIM card only works in the phone it's inserted in and only that phone can then use that SIM card number.
