It will have an amount of water resistance to general water types
But not salt water and chlorinated water
Both will damage the phone.
If you wash with clean tap water straight after immersion in salt water, you might get away with it

Yes the screen can be replaced. If you contact Samsung Customer Support and arrange a repair. They can assess it to see if it's the screen or another component that's faulty

Hi there, I know this question has already been answered, but it can also help you first what you're going to need to do there are many options for this if you immediately have put out the water put it in rice in or try to dry it off with a hair dryer towel this should get the water out of the charging port and other ports on your phone. Also try if this continues to see if Samsung can replace the LCD screen or the AMOLED screen off their website I'm sorry that you're having this problem and please contact Samsung support if this continues
