Hello I'm about to leave my current broadband provider and I have to change my email address on my account. When I go onto 'my page' there is not an option to change, only add an address. If I'm unable to change my email address this will cause issues later....come on Samsung make things easy for personal detail changes!

Hi @Members_WXcX3TF Do you mean your Samsung Account, there should be an option to change the email via profile Info-email-change on your Device. Alternatively an option via the web https://account.samsung.com/membership/intro
if problems persist can contact the Accounts Department on 0800 995 1079.

Hi James, I'm currently with BT and will be ending soon my contract, but wished to change to Gmail, to ensure access. after your advice/link I found that when I put in a new Gmail account it was already used....it turned out is was me, so I had access via two accounts this must happen a lot when you purchase a new phone when you set up as you need a Google account a Samsung account ...life is so complicated !! thanks Alan
