Max HR doesn't match between Watch6 and App

Max HR and therefore zones are correct on watch. Max HR 154 bpm for all exercise types.
On App the Max HR is 186 bpm for Bike indoor but 154 for Circuit Training.
Bike indoor I set the HR to display on watch which works fine and shows zones based on 154 bpm.
