Lost my phone

Can I have an new phone with the same personal data from the phone I just lost ? Can Samsung do something about that? All the photos and videos will got lost  😞

If you did your backups correctly then yes. Just set up the new phone and things will appear. If you didn't setup backups and never made backups, no one can do much to help after the fact.

Google should backup contacts, calls and sms. Google photos is responsible for image backups and samsung cloud does other samsung backup things. If you never touched backups, only option is hope one turned itself on by default. Also assuming you never took full backups using a pc, that'd mean nothing at all would be lost

I am very sorry you lost your phone. Have you got any old phone that you have been using? Also you can find some of your data on Google Gallery and One Drive, also on Microsoft, these accounts save your data once activated. Also your downloaded apps should show up on Google Store and Samsung Store once downloaded as your account will keep them in the shop, basically wherever you have an account there should be stores some of your data once you log into your accounts even from another compatible device. If you have insurance for your phone hopefully you should be able to get another one, mayhe not same model though. 🍀 💛
Make sure you block access to your bank account and other apps by contacting your bank and Samsung can do some of the blocking if you call them, if you know the IMEI of your phone. Change passwords etc.
