Lock star

Two days ago I was able to download Good lock from the Samsung Store and run all the options including Lock star. Due to circumstances I had to restart / reboot my Note 9 and now I get all the options expect the one I really want which is Lock star. I have restarted my phone and uninstalled and re-installed Good lock twice which no success. My Note 9 is running Android 10 which I see is compatible , or whatever the phase is. Can anyone help me - simple answers not a techie. Thanks \in advance

Good Lock has actually been a bit behind the times, and hasn't worked with Android 10 for a short while. It has now been updated and should work perfectly fine with Android 10. So could you, uninstall, then reinstall the app again for us?

Done that and it seems to work - thank you.

What's happening about QuickStar? I was able to change the app icons but that seems to have disappeared
