Samsung has released a new update for the Samsung
Health app, and besides some changes, there's one I really don't understand. Why display only how much the temperature changed during sleep compared to the last time, instead of showing the precise temperature? For example, in the photo, it says "+1.2", but how am I supposed to know what my temperature was last time if it doesn't tell me? It makes no sense! I don't know what my temperature was yesterday, so how can I tell if "+1" or "+O" is positive or negative, seriously? Why remove the precise temperature measurements and only show the variations from the previous day? How am I supposed to know what my temperature was last night? I swear, I don't see the point because there isn't one. Terrible choice, a big downgrade. Before, it gave you precise temperature measurements in degrees; now it gives you variations. Can someone explain the point?

Wanna know the kicker? It's worse than I thought. Basically, that +1 at 11 isn't telling you your temperature increased by one degree compared to YESTERDAY (which would still be useless, but at least it was something). Instead, it's showing how much the temperature has changed from the very beginning, from the first data point. In fact, if you look closely, you'll see 0, +1, +1.2, +1.3, a kind of scalar progression. It shows the temperature increase from the first point, how much it varies. So, the situation is even worse-it's totally useless! But tell me my actual temperature! How am I supposed to know if the variation is positive or negative? I found this out by talking to the English-speaking community. It's absurd! People there are furious because the data they removed was useful for cycle tracking and so on. We should really wake up here too.
