Is it okay to change CSC and install firmware from another country?

Hi

I have an A52 and the phone CSC after factory reset is CHL but I live in Iran ( CSC is THR for my country )

The CHL works fine but I didn't get the One UI 5 update.

Is it okay to change the CSC and install another firmware? Do I get OTA updates? Do I face any connectivity issues or any other problems? People say BTU ( England ) is the best firmware.

DBT seems to get the fastest updates, but if you don't have the multi CSC firmware OXM then OTA won't work, you will need to flash the firmware for the correct CSC as changing CSC will only work on multi CSC OXM
