How to locate "Challenges" or Where are the challenges in Sam Health

I can't see any challenges with Samsung health app 

With Garmin there are, running, strength training, walking and many more challenges 

How do I locate the challenges

That's what I am doing now, however I recently put a post here as well.. Data is not coming back to Samsung health from Google fit

I havent used it in ages, used to use it to sync my steps for my health insurance. They now support Samsung Health so don't use it. It used to work both directions for me
