I know how you feel, i have always bought the high end samsung galaxy range refurbished phones and never had a problem. 5 months ago i thought i would buy a brand new lower end spec phone and after the problems I have had with these lower end of the range phones i have decided i will go back to buying top of the range refurbished phones which i have never had a problem with and they always have 12 months warranty with the shop you buy them from so i wouldnt have to go to samsung if there was an issue and i have never had a problem at all with any of them x
