How do you remove Your Phone Companion from Note 9?

I have uninstalled all updates but cant uninstall app. Is there a way to do it? I do not have a Windows computer I use Mac. It keeps trying to update I do not want to app.  HELP

It can't be removed but you can disable it to prevent the nags.

Use ADB to remove it, you can look for a tutorial on youtube

I have it disabled but everytime I get updates from play store it want to be updated had to turn off auto update because of it
