I just got this phone but trying to get my old account  for all my contacts  bk but cant  get them

Why not? Did you forget the password? Did you not backup your contacts? Please give a fuller description as you haven't given much to go on.

OK If not backed up you will need to use Google account recovery to retrieve your password. If you set up Find My Mobile you can try that, otherwise they are gone.
