Please, the Samsung Galaxy A55 5G phone cannot download software updates. Restarting, clearing cache, apps, freeing up space, nothing helps. Can you help? Thank you

Is there an error message, sometimes there can be server issues which are later resolved. Advisable to use WiFi unless you have a large Data Allowance and If issue with Data best to try wifi anyway. Assume you have sufficient charge, at least 50% recommended.
Other ideas are a soft Reset,hold the Volume down and Power Button simultaneously for around 10 seconds until Device Reboots. Could try Resetting Network connections/Reboot Router. could see if same situation in Safe Mode. Sometimes there can be conflicts with 3rd party apps and if ok there pinpoints recent apps which have been installed.
