Green Line on Samsung 21FE post March 2025 update

Hello, 

Has anyone experince green line on Samsung 21FE post March 2025 update?

I have tried, reset, factory reset but no luck. I am sure there is no physical damage as there has been no fall. Appreciate guidance on how to deal with this issue.

Hi @dipakcpatel78  Welcome to the Samsung Community :smiling-face:

Try the following, Open the phone app, bring up the keypad, and enter *#0*# before hitting call .

In the menu, try selecting the various color options: Red, Green, Blue, and Black. you may find that cycling throigh the display colours fixes this.   However  green lines tend to be   a hardware fault that requires a repair and visit to Samsung Service centre, would need to consider if this would be worthwhile.

select your product and phone model - Buttons, screen, display and accessories -Display on your device - Colours, backlight and appearance - My screen has a line (or lines on the display.

Doing a factory reset won't do anything, your looking to have to have your screen replaced.
