😀Firstly ensure All apps are up to date, you could try a Soft Reset by holding the Power and Volume Down Buttons simultaneously until the Device Reboots. However may need to force stop Google play store via Settings-Apps-Google Play Store. Now go to storage and clear cache and Data. cleasr the cache and Data from Google pl\ay services too.
if still issues try reinstalling Google Play Store.
