Good Lock - Theme Park Issues

Overall these apps are great for personalisation. However I'm having issues when applying a theme I make. When i go to download my theme, it gets stuck on 'Preparing Data' and spins for ages, and the theme never installs or, applys. 

Also, there is no Icon panel, to change the shape of the icons, at the bottom where the panels are located. 

The dots in the top right corner (in the second photo) only take me the Galaxy themes to change the icon set, and not the default shape.

The App is fully upto date, but please fix these issues! 

I don't know if my phone version contributes to these issues, but i have the Galaxy A50, running Android 11, U.I 3.1

i have that problem too. when i make themes in theme park it always shows "install theme" and it's always stuck in 1% and it never go further. i have this kind of issue for a while and i already have one ui 6 so i think it's not that old yet? i hope samsung will fix this.
