When trying to browse themes, the store comes up in a language and currency I do not recognise.

I have checked account location and cleared app data. I have also disconnected all VPN and confirmed it's still the same.

S24 Ultra.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Where are you based? Is this on a recently purchased phone? Where from? Samsung website, network or elsewhere?

Thanks. Is there a seperate 'Themes' option in the phones settings. If so where does that take you?

Odd as Themes setting is embedded. Try clearing its cache

Settings>apps. Tap the sort icon. Toggle on Show system apps. Scroll down to Galaxy Themes and tap on it. Tap Storage. Tap clear data and cache (see screenshots)

Try this for the Galaxy Store too.

No change unfortunately, spotted another weird part of this issue.

When looking at the themes from the main galaxy store, it displays correctly. As soon as I click a theme, it changes.1722175359008.jpg1722175359044.jpg

Thanks. And you're sure you are using a UK handset purchased from Samsung UK.

I've never seen that before. Just checked mine, and it's okay. If you have the Samsung Members app, then head over to the support section and tap 'Ask questions '.

Sorry, I can't think of anything else, especially if you're confident the handset is UK stock, stock firmware, with correct CSC.

The only other thing is, have you returned from abroad recently? You mention a VPN...are you sure it's totally disabled?

I'll keep digging and see if I can find anything. Hopefully, someone else might have an idea.
