galaxy s7 edge - can't email , send texts, apps not working all sorts opens then shutting down.

Anyone got s7 edge and had problems all the feed back I sent but no replies, can't email , send texts, apps not working all sorts opens then shutting down. Checked 4 updates but nothing n no feed back off samsung very poor help.

Hi @sadman24  I do not have the S7 Edge but there has been a general problem with Apps crashing on Samsung  and other Android devices caused by a bug. Google has released a fix which involves updating Android system webview and Google Chrome. https://www.cnet.com/news/gmail-other-android-apps-crashing-on-phones-heres-googles-simple-fix/    However some still have issues and there is also a temporary fix and other advice on this thread.  https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s21-series/permanent-fix-for-app-crashes-available/td-p/3... 

Please report any further issues on there, Moderators have been closing similar threads to that one so it is more coherent and advice more easily accessible.
