So to be fair I'm not great with phones. ( or writing as I'm dyslexic)So if you can watch the video and spot mistakes then please let me know.
I was trying to select a brown emoji as I'm a women of colour and it kept reverting back to the original one. I may be being over sensitive but I was getting annoyed about it. So sent email to samsung buisness by mistake they rightly said that's not our department so clicked live samsung chat.
The samsung bot was like this is too contriversal for me I'm just a bot I only see 1s and 0s not colour ... bye! And so I'm asking on this forum if it's happened to anyone else or if im simply not able to use emojis. ( the later is a very real possibility)
