Not receiving emails in my hotmail account on any device. Please help

Maybe their servers are down. How long have you had the issue for? You said any device, but what about a pc/laptop?

Been since Friday and I've checked on laptop and still nothing

Hello @emmas1985, my Hotmail account is working fine, latest email received just before sending this.
Can you:-
1. Get a friend/family member to test from your device.
2. Check on someone else's device, temporarily, if your account works.
3. Check that your account has not been frozen.
One of them will usually point you in the next direction to follow.

Hi @emmas1985  There have been some issue reported with Hotmail/outlook accounts.  

  you could try uninstalling and downloading again.  However  if still issues in the event of 2 step verification being enabled  you may need to create an app specific password in the email app. If the IMAC protocol was disabled log into a web browser to enable this function. Otherwise would need to contact the email provider.
