My immediate thought is have you reached your storage limit?

If not, you'll need to check the settings. What email client are you using?

If you're using Gmail and you're on basic plan who gives you 15gb free storage and you reached the limit that might be the issue if you not subscribed to more storage plan. You'll have to delete something in order to receive or send emails.
