In mid-August, I placed an order amounting to around £3000, which included 2 mobile phones, 2 watches, 2 Buds3 Pro (one of which cost £80), and various accessories. The phones arrived a couple of weeks later, but as of today, the rest of the items have not been delivered, except for one attempted delivery of one Buds3 Pro. That Buds3 Pro was returned to the depot due to the absence of a PIN, despite no delivery attempt being recorded on my doorbell camera. The DPD system indicated that the item would be delivered the next day, yet no attempt was made again. Consequently, the buds were sent back to Samsung, who issued a refund without my consent. Both Samsung and DPD have been contacted multiple times and have provided numerous apologies. DPD advises raising a complaint with Samsung as they are the account holder, while Samsung states nothing can be done since the product has been refunded without my consent.
I initially got many products because of the bundles and deals, but now I lost one pair of buds. As a loyal Samsung customer, I've been curious to try other brands over the years. This year, Samsung finally gave me a compelling reason.

DPD can't or won't prove I wasn't here. They said since the parcel was returned and received by Samsung, there's no issue on their end. If I want to file a complaint or investigation, it must be through Samsung as they are the account holder. The remaining items are scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Samsung should take responsibility for the entire process from purchase to delivery; customers shouldn't have to deal with delivery companies.
My wife is encouraging me to return the entire order and explore new opportunities.
