Does anyone know if there is a difference between "workout" and "exercise calories".
By default, when I select and track an exercise the calories burned appear in Samsung Health as "workout calories". These do NOT get added to either my "exercise calories" or "active calories".
Please can someone advise as I am finding Samsung Health extremely frustrating to use.
