Does anyone know how to turn on your delivery reports on samsung 21 ??

Go to your messages app>settings>more settings>text messages, then toggle on "show when delivered"

I'm fairly sure it depends on what network you're on... whether they support the service or not.

I remember years ago when Orange UK use to charge 1p per SMS delivery report on contract.
