Is it possible for me to retrieve my message and contact I accidentally deleted.

If you just deleted them by accident there's a recycle bin option in the contacts and SMS messages. Just look in the settings around contacts and SMS, there's a option to restore within a certain time period. It may depend on your phone model though.
