Decrypt data from request data samsung pass

I have requested to download the data of samsung pass. After waiting for almost 1 week, samsung gave me a .csv with encrypted user name and password value in it. How can I read those value?

I have the same doubt. Its driving me mad to retrieve me the password which was accidentally changed. Let me know if you get any details about the same. All that I have unzipped folders samsungpass_gk123456789123_yyyymmdd_access  samsungcloud_gk123456789123_yyyymmdd_access. Can someone help me get me the password which I wanted to.
