connection problem of Samsung account on a Galaxy Tab

Hello,

My wife has a Samsung account. No problem in Web or with her smartphone. But with her Galaxy Tab, it's impossible to connect. The password is OK and the code which is received on the smartphone (2 phases authentification) is also OK but requested again and again and again...

I have the same problem, but to get onto this community site I had to use it and it worked fine using same device.  Would be interested to see what the solution is.

As an asidd I also get emails telling me as I haven't used Samsung Cloud fof a year it will delete my data, but I am accessing it from other devices.
