Chasing open support ticket

Hi all. I've been trying to get Health Monitor App unlocked in my region.   Have had ongoing dialogue with support team online but this has now been "under review" since 9th December 25.  I have an existing case reference and im loathe to start again from scratch.  Any way I can chase up the outstanding query without raising a new ticket?  Thanks, hopefully.

Not sure how to deal with support tickets, but I do have something to add about the health monitor app.

Most countries consider it to actually be a medical device, so it has to be certified and allowed to be used in the country. It took maybe 3 years for the uk to finally certifiy it. In the uk it's legally considered over the counter medicine.

So I don't really think you asking will do anything, your country has to allow it like they would allow a new medicine to be sold. It's a nightmare. Samsung will probably be doing all they can to get it allowed already. I have no idea how your country handles things, but you might have better luck sending a letter to your government asking them to speed it up

Many thanks for that arienwen but I'm aware of the issues and well ahead of you on this. I'm actually in the Channel Islands, where both governments have confirmed (to me) in writing that for approval of medical devices they follow the UKs MHRA. Therefore, if UK have certified the Health Monitor App it is acceptable here by default. My problem is explaining this to Samsung and getting the info I have to the right people so they can verify and action it. I have got so far as I said in my original post, but things have stalled and need a gentle prod in the rear! Thanks again for your input though.
