Can anybody help please. In trying to add my husband to my SmartThings app to access SmartTag2 it told me that we are in different locations. On investigation I discovered that my Samsung account has me in New Zealand (despite being in the UK and all Samsung purchases made in the UK!). Let's me change this in profile but then tells me that the phone number is already in use (obviously as it's my number!) and won't proceed. Extensive Google searches suggest I need to start a new account - surely not. And if I start a new account will it log me out of my phone (S21 5g) and my Galaxy6 watch? This surely isn't rocket science, the phone number is obviously a UK one not a New Zealand one.
