Change on the Fly Sim Card to send messages

i was using OneUI 6 on my Galaxy Z Fold 5, i was able to change the Sim to use on the fly, i would select the Sim to Use almost instantly by pressing a button on the Rightside of the of the screen. But since upgrading to One UI 7, i can no longer do it , it doesn't allow me to change the Sim Card to use, 

Or i am missing how to change it?

Hi. I had a look on my S23U that has 2 sims in it, if you select a message then click the 3 dots at the top right then it will give the options to swap sims at the bottom of that. I checked on another phone with just one sim in and that option doesn't show up. Hope this helps. I'll try and grab a screenshot of it for you.

Are you using Google Messages or you are using the default messages app? Because i don't see the 3 Dots an my application 'Google Messages ' even though it has Dual Sims

I'm not using Google messages. It could be they have changed something in the app and not Samsung?

I also tried using the Messages App, its not working as well

Yeah I'm using the front screen on the Fold6 with Samsung Messages. One of my Samsung is a physical sim and the other is an esim.
