CGM Libre or Dexcom issue after A536BXXU6CWE9 update

Hello

I, and many other people, after updating A53 phone with A536BXXU6CWE9  update, got issues with alarms in LibreLink app or in DEXCOM

As i know A52, A53, and A54 user got the same issue. There is something wrong with bluetooth after this update.

Is it possible to highlight the issue to guys form software team and ask them to fix issue. Many people over the word right now dont have alarms that are important for people with diabetic.

Got Samsung A53, and after update its working with libre2.

I'm sorry to hear that. We only resolved the issue by getting rid of the A53. For something as critical as your CGM, you have to have a dependable manufacturer. Samsung has shown us, through their tic-a-box, laissez-faire support that they are not capable in this area. Don't risk your health, look elsewhere.

I can confirm after updating this morning i have had a full day of signal without loss on the Dexcom G6 app. I also too a nap and had my A53 the other side of the room and didnt lose any signal so looks like they have fixed their screw up.

Would of been nice though if Samsung had issued a statement or something instead of us having to go through all the settings and Factory resets some were made to do and blamed on user error

i tried this with my network provider but they wouldnt allow me to change phone unless i paid off the currant plan or got another contract/pay as you go  phone and i just couldnt afford it.
